Laminate Veneer

Dental laminate veneers are thin tooth colored porcelain shells that adhere to the tooth face. It is a treatment method that requires very special knowledge, skills, traıning, experience and expertise. This method aims a minimal invasive treatment of tooth discolorations, abrasions, broken teeth, crowded teeth and gaps because of smaller than average teeth. It doesn’t only treat functional losses but also eliminates cosmetic concerns. The material used is the most tooth-like one, biocompatible and aesthetic material.

Crown & Bridge

In cases that laminate veneer can not be applied , which is our first priority in terms of dental health, crown and bridge treatment protocol is indicated. These are divided into two as Porcelain fused to metal crowns (PFM) and All ceramic crowns (Zirconia, Lithium disilicate). Each material is indicated according to physical and chemical properties. Digital Smile Design

Digital Smile Design is a way of providing precidctable results to the patient before starting the treatment of aesthetic dental treatment and detailed planning.
In our clinic, the DSD concept of Christian Coachman (one of the pioneers of this business) is implemented. In this concept, the design is primarily face driven, face photos of the patient taken from various angles, videos and 3D oral data are combined. By a process named Mock-up the resulting design is shown to the patient without any intervation to the teeth and the gum.The data provides a communication between patient – dentist, dentist – dental technician which will increase the success of treatment. If the patient is satisfied by the result of the Mock-up, necessary treatment is planned to achieve this smile.

Implant

Implant applications, which is an important and dispensable part of dentistry, statisfies a large number of our patiens’ needs. Dental implants give us the ability to treat one or more tooth losses without harming neighboring teeth. With implant application fixed dental treatment can be planned versus removeable dentures for patients those have partial or total toothlessness. Upper and lower on each jaw, 6-8 implants can be placed to provide comfortable mastication with fixed teeth. In cases where the bone is insufficient, hybrid prostheses which are supported with less numbers of implants can be planned in order to increase the patient comfort and provide easier mastication.

If there are limitations for implantation because of insufficient bone level, bone augmentation can be done by autogenous or fabricated bone grafts. By combining the conventional treatment method with digital methods the oral situation of the patient can be recorded and computerized surgical guides will give opportunity for more precise implant positioning.

According to the suitability of our patients, all these procedures may take 2-4 months or also we can send our patients off the clinic in 1-2 days without giving up their aesthetics and without toothlessness.
